Both Angel and Sam
are sound working gun dogs with pleasing temperaments, good looks, and the
classic Golden Retriever Personalities.
Both dogs possess strong genetic and health backgrounds. They are both
household pets as well as working gun dogs.
Angel Possesses
Health Clearances for Hips (OFA), Elbows (OFA), Eyes (CERF) and Heart
(OFA). Sam Possesses Health Clearances
for Hips (OFA), Eyes (CERF) and Heart (OFA).
The pairing of Angel
and Sam should produce talented working retrievers capable of holding up to the
pressure of daily training, work or competition. This mating should produce
highly trainable dogs with the style, drive, and courage that's often lacking
in Golden Retrievers today.
Our puppies are
individually socialized, introduced to birds, and weather permitting introduced
to water. Before Leaving, our puppies will have been wormed, had dewclaws
removed, had their first series of vaccinations, and be checked by our
veterinarian for overall health and soundness. We will have their puppy
micro-chipped at the time of the last vet check with the HomeAgain
chip.

These pups are well
suited to homes interested in Hunting, Hunting Tests and nice family pets.
While we don’t try to produce dogs specifically for competitive agility, these
dogs have the physical tools and desire to burn up the agility course.

PUPPY
RESERVATION INFORMATION
Angel
was bred in early May. Puppies from this litter should be whelped around July 4th,
2012. The new pups will be available to go to their new homes beginning after
49 days of age, approximately
All
Maxhaven Puppies are initially sold under Limited Registration only. We will
lift the limitation under the conditions listed within the Purchase
Agreement
. Registration Fees charged by the American Kennel Club to re-file the
registration are the responsibility of the buyer.
We
are available to answer your questions for the life of your puppy.
Price
for Angel/Sam Pups is $1000.
We
require a $200 deposit and a signed copy of the purchase agreement to hold a
puppy for you.
PURCHASE
AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY
HEALTH
AND REGISTRATION
We
do take great care in the selection and breeding of our dogs. For this reason all
puppies are initially sold under limited registration.
If
after the dog receives its health clearances (OFA, CERF, SAS), AND earns some
type of Title, AKC (FC, AFC, ***, MH, SH, JH, CH,), or GRCA Title (WC, WCX, TD,
TDX, CD, CDX,), or Equivalent Titles from HRC, UKC; we will grant Full
Registration of the dog to the owner. The Owner would be responsible for the
cost of re-filing the AKC Registration paperwork.
This
policy was adopted to limit the use of our dogs for breeding purposes to
Knowledgeable Golden Owners who have spent the time and effort to work with
their dogs. Through the hard work of training and competition you will have
learned a good basic understanding of what a Golden Retriever should be, and
why health clearances and careful selection of breeding stock are vitally
important to maintaining and improving the quality of the Golden Retriever.
